About Payment and Collection

Payment is PayPal, if you don't have a Paypal account don't worry you can still check out with a Debit or Credit Card

Collection is Thursday 9am - 2pm from TS12 2ZJ. This is the only day we work in the North East or we can arrange delivery for the price below.

We don't accept Cash on Delivery for the safety and security of drivers.

If you are using your own courier, please make sure they know our collection day as it wont change.

We will not under any circumstances wrap your item for your courier (this is for insurance purposes) - our courier blanket wraps everything on his van, we assume your's will do the same

We will store for free for 3 weeks then send to a storage company who charge £1 per day per item
About Delivery

Contract is to the ground floor entry point - each driver is amazing and will always help you, but are not obliged to.

You are responsible for advising the closest LEGAL parking point (if you are on a red route, bus lane, double yellows the courier will NOT break the law).

One man so assistance with large items is always required without exception

Please accept the first date they give you, if you don't it's another 7-19 days

Google your postcode, that's the only information we have to find your address. So if that does not direct us to your home, please give instructions.

Access needs to be suitable for 3.5 ton - 7.5 ton vehicle. If not, please make arrangements

We will give you a slot within the lead times we advertise.

If the item will not fit through doors / corridors, it's not the couriers (or our) problem to deal with. The driver will help you but will not take it back.
