Payment Information

Payment is taken securely at checkout via PayPal. You can use your PayPal account, or simply pay with a debit/credit card through the PayPal gateway. PayPal “Pay in 3” is also available, letting you spread the cost over three interest-free instalments (see PayPal for full terms). For security reasons, we do not accept Cash on Delivery.

Delivery Information

All deliveries are handled by our trusted in-house courier team TEESSIDE10. We don’t allow third-party couriers, this ensures your furniture is handled correctly and arrives safely. Plus we have furniture stored in multiple locations throught England and the majority of the locations are not manned. We leave it to our courier to collect and deliver without using hubs.

The delivery prices shown are for a maximum of 2 items. If your order if for more than 2 items we will invoice you the difference before delivery

Lead Times & Scheduling
Delivery is typically arranged within the timeframe advertised on our Delivery Page. You’ll be given a delivery slot, and as this is a budget service, the slot will fit round the courier not you. If you want us to fit round you that is of course fine - dedicated courier rates start at £1.65+vat per mile with a minimum charge of £165+vat. In 18 years nobody has ever used a dedicated courier.

Ground Floor Delivery
Our delivery contract is to the ground floor entrance only. Drivers are always helpful, but they are not obliged to carry items upstairs. If you require a premium service (multiple flights, furniture placement, assembly), we recommend booking a specialist white-glove delivery company.

Large & Heavy Items
For bulky items, you must arrange help at your end. If no assistance is available, the driver will return the item and you’ll be responsible for return and re-delivery charges.

Parking & Access
It’s your responsibility to make sure our driver can park legally and access your property safely with a 3.5t–7.5t vehicle. We cannot deliver to red routes, bus lanes, double yellows, steep tracks, or unsafe/unpaved roads. If access is restricted, the delivery will be made to the nearest legal parking point.

Storage

We can hold items free of charge for up to three weeks. After that, storage fees of £1 per item, per day will apply.
