Payment and Collection Information

 

Payment: Payment is accepted through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry; you can still check out using a Debit or Credit Card through the PayPal gateway. Additionally, PayPal Pay in 3 is available, allowing you to spread your payments over three interest-free installments. Please refer to the PayPal website for complete details and terms.

Collection: Collection is available on Thursdays between 9am and 2pm from TS12 2ZJ. Please note that Thursday is the designated collection day for the North East region. If you are unable to collect on that day, we can arrange delivery at an additional cost. There will be times when filming dictates our schedule so just keep an eye on the home page or our Facebook page for any updates.

Cash on Delivery: For the safety and security of our drivers, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Courier and Delivery Information

 

Using Your Own Courier: If you plan to use your own courier service, please ensure they are aware of our collection day, as it will not change. We do not provide wrapping services for items being shipped via external couriers, as this is necessary for insurance purposes. Our courier blanket-wraps all items on their van, and we assume yours will do the same.

Storage: We offer free storage for up to three weeks. After this period, items will be transferred to a storage company that charges £1 per day, per item.

Anyvan and Shiply: We no longer tolerate the unreliable services of Anyvan and Shiply. If you have booked them, please be advised that collection strictly adheres to Thursday between 9am and 2pm, and we will not make any exceptions. We highly recommend avoiding these services, as they have caused significant issues in the past and do not provide satisfactory service.

Delivery Terms

 

Contract and Assistance: Our delivery contract is for ground floor entry points. While our drivers are incredibly helpful, they are not obliged to scale flights of stairs. Our delivery service is a budget option, and if you require a full-service delivery, we recommend booking a specialized company that offers such services, even though they may come at a higher cost.

Legal Parking Point: It is your responsibility to inform us of the nearest legal parking point for the delivery. Our couriers will not break the law, so if your location is on a red route, bus lane, or double yellow lines, the driver will not be able to park there. The delivery point will be the closest legal parking spot accessible to the driver.

Assistance with Large Items: For large items, assistance is always required without exception. If you are unable to provide assistance, the driver will return the item/s, and you will be responsible for the return and redelivery charges.

Scheduling and Address Information

 

Lead Times and Scheduling: We will provide you with a delivery slot within the lead times we advertise. Please accept the first date offered to you, as declining it will result in an additional wait time of 7 to 21 days.

Address Accuracy and Accessibility: To locate your address accurately, please use Google Maps or provide clear instructions if your property lacks a door number, street name, or is difficult to find. You may also use what3words for precise location sharing. Please ensure that access to your property is suitable for a 3.5-ton to 7.5-ton vehicle. If not, please make necessary arrangements.

Delivery Coverage: Our delivery services only cover mainland addresses. We are unable to drive to locations on mountains, dirt tracks, fields, unpaved roads, steep hills that our drivers cannot safely navigate, or anywhere that compromises their safety.
