This is a terrific buy
Do your homework first - there is a reproduction one like this in ebay at £2500, there are also a few online for £2k-£6k.  This is the cheapest in the UK.

Its got signs of use, some marks, some stiff drawers, some imperfections, hinges on bureau need attention but all in all its an amazing buy
We can send away to the restorers to fix hinges, loosen some drawers, polish and fill any imperfections but it will cost you £1300 extra (its the freight that kills it)
Regarding Delivery you must read this - we do not want to deliver this at all - it's way to big, way too heavy and way too fragile. However if you need it delivering we will under these extremely strict conditions: 
All our deliveries are one man so if you buy this stunning item you need at least 2 big strong men at your end.  Not you and your Mrs, not your Mrs and her mam and not you and you 12 year old son.  This is extrememly heavy (takes 3 strong men to get it off our van and up for photography.
We really recommend choosing collection in person and booking your own freight, but if thats not possible we will help.
Delivery is to the kerbside, the driver will not struggle, go upstairs or attempt to manage alone.
