If you have a small door, limited access or have to turn as soon as you get inside your door or worse go upstairs - THIS WILL NOT GO IN.  Ideally you need Double Doors / Patio Doors
I often look at size 32" jeans and know instantly my bum will not even get close to fitting - so look at the sofa, study the dimensions and if in doubt please please dont buy it.
Delivery is crystal clear - straight to the front door external entrance with assistance from you without exception.  The driver will not faff about for ages trying to squeeze this into a tiny door - the driver has 15 mins max.  He will help you inside but if he doesnt think it will go in he is advised not to try so as to avoid damage and a potential claim from you.  Yes people can be nice to a drivers face and a keyboard warrior afterwards.
Sorry if this sounds "Karen" but we try so hard to make things as crystal clear as possible to avoid problems, but some people still think we will break all the terms and conditions of carraige if they shout at a driver - ps. drivers are encouraged to shout back

Collection is also welcome (Skelton Branch only) but as less than 1% of our sales are collection, by design we dont have a great deal of availability.  At the moment its Thursday 8am - 12pm, then as from December 2023 we will no longer be offering collection in person as an option.
Remember you can have upto 4 items delivered at the same time to the same address for one delivery fee.
